Diane Vick is the founder of Vick Family Farms, and has managed the farm's labor force that employs 250 workers during its peak season. Diane left her full-time job as a bank teller in 1975 to begin farming the twenty-five acres of land on which her husband was raised. She has managed the farm labor ever since, and has seen her grandchildren join the farm as well.
